At Blacked Eyed Pea Development we love to make things better… and we like to do things right.

With a background in both construction and design, the owner, Sam Bean, makes sure that our projects are never “quick flips” but are well thought out, well constructed and well designed. We want to be sure that our finished projects are, quite simply, always places we would be willing to live ourselves.
